Connor is a Senior User Researcher at BetterUp focused on building AI into a product suite that improves employee well-being and productivity. He is a mixed-methods researcher and behavioral scientist with experience at Microsoft, Twilio, Tonal, and Deloitte. Connor co-founded the Applied Behavioral Science Association and frequently writes for the UX Collective and the Behavioral Design Hub.
